Here is my challenge entry for the Circle Magazine contest – a wedding shower shadowbox.
The rabbits are from the Cosmo Cricket Just a Note cartridge that came with the E2 Anniversary edition.
The bride is attired in antique lace dress with a scrapbook tape sweetheart neckline and an ivory ribbon sash from Paper Trey Ink. Her floral bloom fascinator is from the Flower Shoppe. The groom is classically attired in a navy blue tuxedo. The happy couple were “Serenade”d by clouds and crystal raindrops.
The flower arrangements, from Flower Shoppe and Mother’s Day Bouquet, were created in keeping with the bride’s palette of blue, ivory, and silver. The glitter branches were embossed with Cuttlebug D’vine Swirls.
The quote is from a 16th century French posey ring – figuratively it means Always – but the literal translation, For All Days, seemed to fit the idea that a marriage isn’t for one (wedding) day, but all days.
