I put my Silhouette Cameo to work today to make a pair of gift card holders:

As these gift card holders are for twins, it was important to have some unifying elements as well as some differences.  Both have a globe that I had printed and cut and both have the “2012” tag.

This is “3d box” from Lori Whitlock.  After opening the top, the recipient pulls out a box with the sentiment tag and a (not pictured) gift card.

And this is “Sliding Gift Card Holder: purse” and is further embellished with “3d Parisian Flowers” and a few bling brads.

This is a fabulous cut as when you open the purse, the gift card pops up.  I have yet to finish the sentiment tag but the black tag illustrates it.

Nice gift card holders for nice young people.
